Delivery Policy & Pricing Structure
We strive very hard at Simply to keep all our costs to a minimum, and we are working closely with a national courier service to keep the freight costs as low as possible.
Orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days of receipt as standard, but if you require a quicker service, just mail us through the contact link below and we'll be happy to help where we can.
Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, all orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be despatched the following Monday.
All our delivery charges are for the UK mainland only and will be calculated and advised at the checkout. If you live outside the UK mainland please e mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact us link, and we will be happy to advise the appropriate delivery charge.
*All UK mainland orders up to 20 kilo's will be charged at the flat rate of £4.95 inc Vat.
20 to 25 kilo's £6.10 inc Vat.
25 to 30 Kilo's £7.25 inc Vat.
After Sales Policy
We hope that you never have to refer to this policy as we want you to be more than just satisfied with any and all products that you purchase from our website - we want you to be delighted ! Why ? Because if you are more than happy with our products and service, we think you might just recommend us to others and we would love that !
However we also understand that sometimes people change their mind, or may feel there is a problem with one of our products. If this is the case and you wish to cancel your order, please follow the procedures below so that we can help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
- You must tell us via email using our Contact Us form. Please specify exactly what the goods were and when they were purchased, giving full details of the defect or any other reason for return.
- If you send goods to us without following this procedure, we may not be able to process your refund successfully due to insufficient information.
- If you wish to cancel your order after we have dispatched the goods, you must return them to us within 7 days in the same condition in which you received them.
- We cannot refund your money if the goods have been used or damaged after receipt.
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and we will refund your money within 30 days minus the original delivery charge, unless damaged, faulty or mistakenly shipped goods are received.
- If you cancel before we have sent the goods, we will refund to you the price of the goods and the cost of delivery, if any.
