Wooden Tealight Holders & Aromatic Tealights for a Very Special Wedding Table

We were somewhat reticent about using our own wooden tealight holder designs at Phil's wedding in July, but we are really delighted that we did. The tealights and wooden tealight holders gave a really great personal touch to the proceedings, and added hugely to the ambience of the wedding reception; the subtle fragrances in the Simply English tealight range of Lavender, Rose, Lilly of the Valley, Cucumber and Strawberry wafted delicately around the marquee throughout the afternoon and evening. The quality of our tealights shone through during the wedding reception too, in that the long burning time meant none of the tealights needed replacing throughout the whole occasion !

The tealight colours sat really well with the 'sweety' theme of the wedding, complementing perfectly the bouquets, button holes and vases that were brimming with a mixture of marshmallows, love hearts, jelly beans, dolly mixtures and flowers.  It was really pleasing to see how easily the uniformity of the wooden Block tealight holders sat alongside the other soft, irregular and natural forms within each of the wedding table arrangements.

The wide choice of sizes available within the Block tealight holder collection offered us great versatility with the table arrangements, and it was really good to see many friends and family re-arranging their own group of wooden tealight holders to suit their needs throughout the wedding reception; the children even managed to toast some marshmallows on them… although of course we would not recommend this !
